- Takes care of the optimal management and development of human resources.
- Handles any issues related to the official status of the Hospital staff.
- It is responsible for keeping records related to hospital staff, retirement, dismissal and recruitment.
- It is responsible for keeping the personal register of all employees.
- It is responsible for keeping files for shifts, holidays, overtime of all staff and their approval in cooperation with the respective Directorates.
- Responsible for sick leave issues of the staff.
- Organizes educational programs, training programs and staff research.
