1. Takes care of the optimal management and development of human resources.
  2. Handles any issues related to the official status of the Hospital staff.
  3. It is responsible for keeping records related to hospital staff, retirement, dismissal and recruitment.
  4. It is responsible for keeping  the personal register of all employees.
  5. It is responsible for keeping files for shifts, holidays, overtime of all staff and their approval in cooperation with the respective Directorates.
  6.  Responsible for sick leave issues of the staff.
  7. Organizes educational programs, training programs and staff research.
